Excellent. (8.5). Little scuff to rear lower shoulder. Some other scuffs and the odd scratch around. Some crazing in places. Discoloured mark to upper front left, looks to be on the surface but does not scrpae off. Another dark smaller makr below this. Little black specks throughout from making. Spigot is slightly flared out. Great example of a very rare demijohn. Similar to one sold in Auction 62, this has a variation to the potters stamp. Not sure what the D P stands for, maybe the initials of the potter? Estimate: $1000-1500
