Very Good. (7.4). Extremely crudely made, particularly around the lip and neck region. Sharp inner lip has some fine flakes and nibbles around it, there is an 8 x 2 mm bruise and a 5 x 3 mm bruise as well which are both shallow. Some little nibbled marks around sharp lower lip as well. Curved line around upper and outer lip is an annealing type surface fracture. Reasonably wide making split to front left lip. Several lines around inner and outer neck in several directions, all making marks. Couple of dirty surface bubbles, one to left rear is an irregular shape and a bit deeper. Left upper neck has a 10 mm line pretty much along the surface, slightly deeper 8 mm annealing line near this. Minor patch of surface rust to upper right rear and a couple more to upper front right, these are very minor. Some fine scratches and minor marks. Superb, crisp embossing. Stunning colour. Stunning bottle and a rare one too! This is from the late Kingsley Durdin collection. Estimate: $750-1000
