Very Good. (N/A). Dusty and grimy. Some scratches. Some little patches of bubbly rust. Nice item. Has a lever on right to make it go forward or reverse. Lever on left lets you select hi or lo. We have not inserted batteries to see if it actually works. Estimate: $30-50
