Fair. (N/A). Looks to have been wet. Crease across the middle horizontally. Stains and discolouration to the front, but still has nice colours and great detail. Bottom right corner is a little torn. Couple of other little tears here and there. Couple of holes at the top for mounting, not sure if these are original. The rear is poorer, looks like maybe there has been another layer of paper stuck over the currently visibly writing? THere are darker pieces of paper or similar adhered over the writing in places. There are also some places where the writing layer has peeled back a bit further and worn. Heavily discoloured. Great item though, interesting to note the factories cover western distric towns of Victoria as well as some Hunter Valley towns and so forth from New South Wales. Estimate: $100-150
