Repaired. (0). Top stuck on about 30 mm down from the lip. Interesting that the repairer has started to coat the top in a very hard tan lacquer that mimics glaze. This does scrape off with some effort. Body of the bottle has a bit of stain and a couple of minor shoulder chips. Will clean up better and, of course, can be repaired better. Estimate: $20-40
