Aqua quilted salad oil. Base mark: Registered (with reversed S) / (British Registration Diamond) / 30 May 1850. Also has a pontil. Very Good. (7.6). Acid dipped to shine it up. A few tiny lip nicks. Some annealing marks to inner neck. 5 x 2 mm impact type fisheye near base edge. Nick or two to body. Remains fo some fine scratches and minor marks. Great, shiny example of an extremely rare bottle, these are a lot rarer than the cobalt examples, this is the first we have sold. This is part of the late Kingsley Durdin collection. Estimate: $3000-4000
