Near Mint. (9.1). Some inner water type stain, this will soak out. Tiny lip nick on edge of lip fold from making. Small surface bubble on the L of relish. Very shallow surface bubble on inner surface. Dip to base edge on flat side is the way it was made. Just a few light scratches and the odd tiny scuff mark. Stopper looks to have had the cork reapplied, as you would expect. Little hole through the H of relish, this is the way it was made, I wonder if it was to use some string of sort to attached the stopper to the bottle? Tiny flake next to this hole. Tiny nick to outer rim looks to be from making. Couple of discoloured spots and some other fine discolouration. Amazing item in this complete state, both are rare, but complete like this it is extremely rare! We have only sold one of each before, the bottle was polished so this near mint example is by far a superior item. This is from the late Kingsley Durdin collection. Estimate: $600-800
