Very Good. (N/A). This depicts a sailor with a N. M. S. Vixen cap with a black face partially wiped off stating "Cheer up!", things are not so black as they look. Yes, this is a racist piece of advertising from a different time! This has a tear or two. Some fading in places and a bend or two. A great piece of history from different times. Estimate: $30-50
