Excellent. (8.0). Some marks down the right and around the base that are just glaze misses from making. A couple of small black spots where the potter has spilled some ink. Some tiny little spots of rust on the surface but I just managed to scrape one off with a fingernail so not too attached! Thin scrape just through the glaze near base edge, there is a fine glaze hairline through this running along the base edge in both directions. Lovely glaze with light and dark rings around the neck and shoulder in particular. Scarce bottle in great condition. First example we have sold. Estimate: $2000-4000.
