T. Mitchell / T. M. / West Kempsey. Impressed: Mauri Bros & Thomson Ld / Pinnacle / Sydney. (New South Wales). Ginger Beer. Cork Stoppered. Champagne. Tan Top. Black Print. 10 oz. 211 mm. 1910s
Very Good. (7.4). 9 x 3 mm glaze flake to outer left lip edge, upper lip here has a 9 x 2 mm flake through the glaze. About a 25 mm section of wear and glaze flaking along the front upper lip. 5 x 4 mm flake just through the glaze at the front lip. 6 x 3 mm flake to right lip is only just glaze depth as well. 25 mm dark discoloured and scuffed scratch to mid left rear. Nick or two to base edge. Some scratches and minor marks. These marks are not big and so there is no major damage to this bottle. This is, however, one of the crudest bottles I have seen! Down the right from the lip down the shoulder are a series of glaze misses and lumps on the glaze, at the mid rear is a large drippy glaze miss. Other lumps and bumps, streaks in the glaze and other marks make this a truly remarkable and unique example! Estimate: $200-400
