Very Good. (N/A). Still in one piece which is nice. Where the lower band meets the main upper part there are little tears just starting and folds on both sides. Some slight wear around the edges and marks at the points of some of the feathers. It doesn't look like it has seen too much use though. Nice piece of Minties promotional material.. Estimate: $20-30
