Cobalt Blue Cathedral Vinegar (or Whisky). No base mark.. Goldfields. Vinegar. Wide round body. Six double arches around. Three stepped rings to shoulder and neck. Applied top. Cobalt Blue. 26 oz. 225 mm. 1860s
Very Good. (7). Top of the lip is polished and this is an unusual single rim lip for these. Side of the lip looks good with making marks and the like. Some light wear and haze around the body. A bit of grime too. A few very shallow surfaced bubbles. A wonderful looking bottle. I have suspicion the top has been ground down but it looks great as is so without knowing the original does look to be in great condition. Estimate: $250-500
